ABOUT THE OWNER
While serving in the US Navy as a Second-Class Petty Officer, Roman trained some of the most decorated individuals in the US Navy, conducting over 260 hours of group training events with upwards of 125 participants in a single session. Developed, implemented and managed personal fitness programs for personnel out of Navy fitness standards, conducting 1440 hours to better their health and well being. Accomplished a 100% pass rate for the Navy Physical Test for all personnel under his training methods. Within 4 months of starting programs 100% of Naval personnel out of Navy fitness standards, were within standards and excelling those that already in Naval standards.
After the military Roman continued his passion for health and fitness by working as a Licensed Emergency Medical Technician in LA. Graduating with Honors with a Bachelor's in Sports and Health Science and Concentration in Exercise Science. Roman is currently attending an accelerated second Bachelors of Nursing program at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. Striving to learn as much as possible in the medical field to combine with nutrition to create the most effective diet regimes.
A two-time state record holder for the squat and raw total lift in US Powerlifting Association, with plans on competing again in Tennessee to obtain state records there. Also competing in multiple international bodybuilding competitions while stationed in Japan.
