I came to Advanced nutrition at 167lbs, unhappy, and unhealthy. I worked out for 3 months with a meal plan. I do have abs and my booty does have a shape. It's way easier to maintain the muscle I gained since your plan was perfectly modified for my body. I love how creative you got with my meal plan, you listened very well since it was easy to maintain. The food combinations are really tasty. I love how I was able to add spices and my own swing to the meal plan. Also, workouts were easy to figure out and it was exactly what my body needed. I didn't feel as if I was in jail while I was on my meal plan or intimidated by the workouts. The results came very quickly which I loved.
Working with Advanced Nutrition was great! One of the most helpful lessons I learned from this meal plan was that I don't need to cut calories drastically to lose weight - smaller but consistent changes really work!
In the past, I always thought that I had to cut calories drastically, go super low carb or stop eating to lose weight, so of course, I couldn't sustain those changes for very long and would throw in the towel. This meal plan showed me that being consistent with smaller, realistic changes does yield results.
